1-Year Limited Warranty

Every UvioClean bought from uviolab.com comes with a 1-year warranty. If it stops working with normal use within 12 months of delivery, we'll send you a new one for free. No return shipping, no runaround.

What's covered

Faults in the materials or the way UvioClean was made, when it's used as described in the user manual. For example:

• It won't turn on, or switches off partway through a cycle.
• It won't charge, or the battery stops holding a charge.
• The ultrasonic cleaning or the UV lights stop working.
• The buttons stop responding.
• The tank leaks.
• The USB charging cable that came in the box stops working.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, like drops, cracks or crushing.
• Water or other liquid getting into the base or electronics, for example from putting the whole device under the tap or in water.
• Using anything other than water and mild cleaning tablets or dish soap in the tank, such as bleach, alcohol or boiling water.
• Repairs, opening the device, or changes made by anyone other than us.
• Normal wear and looks only, like scratches, scuffs or color changes that don't affect how it works.
• Damage to items cleaned in it. Please check the "don't put in" list on our product page (pearls, opals, soft or glued-in stones, watches and anything with a battery).
• Lost or stolen devices.
• Devices bought from another seller or marketplace, or used commercially.

How to make a claim

1. Try a quick check first. Charge it fully with the cable from the box. Try a different USB wall plug. Make sure there's water in the tank and the lid is fully closed.
2. Still not working? Email us at support@uviolab.com with your order number, a sentence on what's wrong, and a photo or short video that shows the problem.
3. We reply within 1 business day. Once your claim is approved, your replacement ships within 1–3 business days with free tracked shipping.

Good to know

• Within your first 30 days? Our 30-Day Clean Promise also applies, so you can choose a refund instead of a replacement.
• Replacements are the same model. If your color is out of stock, we'll offer another color or a refund of what you paid for the cleaner.
• Your replacement is covered for whatever is left of your original 12 months.
• Bought it as a gift? The person you gave it to can claim. They just need the order number.
• The warranty covers the cleaner and its cable. It doesn't cover cleaning tablets or shipping costs you paid on the original order.

Your legal rights

This warranty is given by UvioLab to the original purchaser, and to anyone they give the cleaner to as a gift. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
